The Job – You will be responsible for teaching, motivating, coaching and leading up to 30 participants through a challenging course up to five miles in length. Promote leadership and teamwork to the group while creating a positive experience.

- Prior Special Operations Background

- Physically Fit, creative and strong Interpersonal Skills

The Job – You will be in charge of all aspects of creating an awesome event for our customers by engaging in negotiation, management, procurement, budgeting and providing operational guidance to an event team throughout numerous locations in the United States.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience in event or project management
- Detailed oriented
- Problem Solver with analytical thought process
- Ability to adapt to changing environments
- Strong Interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills
- Effective communicator both written and oral
Responsibilities
- Manage a minimum of four events per year
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, marketing, race director and volunteers
- Create event-specific budget, site plans and contracts
- Manage and serve as SPECIAL OPS’ Point of Contact for outside entities
- Make things happen that is not outlined in this job description
